I missed the deadline to skip the box. Can I request a last minute skip?

If you contact us before Friday at 3 p.m., we will allow you to pull your delivery and will charge a 50% last minute pull fee. As we order and prep all the ingredients based on the number of orders we get in, this covers the food cost on our end. After Friday at 3 p.m., we will not pull any deliveries or issue refunds. You can contact us to donate your box to a family in need, or send us an alternate shipping address for the delivery (we would need this by Sunday evening.) Thank you for your understanding.
