Can One Potato accommodate Gluten-Free families?

One Potato offers Gluten Free versions of all of our recipes, where we send gluten-free alternatives to foods containing gluten. Simply select Gluten-Free in your dietary preferences. Please be aware that One Potato is not a gluten free facility. We do have products that contain gluten in our kitchen and while we take the greatest care in preparing our meals, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination.
